Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the hygienic liners remain intact for all leotards.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
